(S09E15) I’m usually pretty critical of ‘Smallville,’ but tonight was a darn good episode. Pam Grier’s character of Amanda Waller, taken straight from the comic books, showed the right amount of menace (albeit a bit comic book-y). The interaction between Tess, Oliver, Chloe and Clark kept my interest. There was even a new mystery relating to whomever Jonn is working for. If there were any downsides to the episodes, they were minor and revolved around Tess. Her character seems all over the place and has had too many different roles in her history. Smallville - Clark Kent - Journey (...Unfortunately YouTube closed my previous account rdeffleymovies, so I am having to re-upload this video. Years ago I was the first person to use the song "23" in a Smallville video. Way back then and even now, I feel it is the PERFECT song to describe Clark Kent's journey towards becoming Superman. Now every few years or so I create a new version of the original video updating it with new footage from the most recent seasons. As a whole, the video focuses on Clark Kent's Journey towards becoming Superman from his powers developing and the various relationships in his life to his overall destiny. Footage is mainly used from seasons 1-8 with a few select moments from S9 as well. The music used is "23" by Jimmy Eat World Disclaimer - I own absolutely nothing.
